Overview

Salem Media Group offers an exceptional opportunity for a Digital Growth Specialist for our Broadcast division. This role serves as a content manager across multiple formats where they will work with audio, video and digital content that engages our audience.

Responsibilities

· Create original digital content including videos, blog posts, and social media posts.

· Create, publish, and traffic content promoting podcasts, radio shows, and digital broadcasts.

· Work with stations to update digital platforms, websites, and show pages.

· Edit, create, and post to social media in appropriate brand voice.

· Write, edit original content focused on our audience interests, artists, and on-air segments.

· Consult, and coordinate with markets over social media best practices and audience engagement.

· Build, edit and schedule syndicated newsletters.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· Proven experience in brand management, social media marketing, and content strategy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Knowledge of marketing and advertising sales principles.

· Proven track record of budget attainment

· Proven ability to creatively achieve clients’ marketing goals.

· Proven digital marketing aptitude.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong presentation skills

· Reputation for discernment and wise decision-making

Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 annually
