Salem Media is looking for a YouTube Producer who will work closely with video editors, graphic designers, show hosts and producers to develop, edit and distribute long and short form video across YouTube and digital video platforms.

• Manage host and show YouTube channels.
• Create, publish, improve, and maintain engaging video content across YouTube channels.
• Collaborate with content teams to plan and develop YouTube content, style, and layout.
• Create, develop, and edit SEO headlines.
• Identify and post content that is timely to the news cycle.
• Analyze and manage YouTube channels to maximize their growth.
• Monitor channels growth and engagement and report back to key stakeholders.
• Work with content team to improve and grow viewer retention.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and work with others to maintain channel growth.

• Prior experience working and managing YouTube Channels.
• Knowledge of how to growth and optimize YouTube Channels.
• Strong knowledge of conservative news and opinion audience.
• Experience
• Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, Photoshop, After effects.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment, with stakeholders form a wide variet of departments, including show hosts, marketing and social media.
