Salem Media Group has an excellent opportunity for a Brand Coordinator. We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Brand Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of WorshipHouse Kids and ensure smooth workflow across all tasks. This role involves regular reporting, marketing coordination, content oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep everything running seamlessly. WorshipHouse Kids is a fun, vibrant brand focused on supporting kids pastors, so we’re seeking someone who understands the unique needs of kids ministry and loves working with creative, kid-focused content. ● Work in partnership with internal and external content creators to merchandise and market engaging new and trending content for kids ministry.
● Update website content regularly to ensure fresh and relevant promotions that resonate with kids pastors.
● Collaborate with our internal marketing team to plan and execute email, text, and site-based promotions that drive growth.
● Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for WorshipHouse Kids users.
● Generate and analyze data reports to track progress and goals, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
● Participate in once-a-month on-call hours to support the media team brands and handle any urgent needs effectively.
● A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
● Experience in marketing coordination, social media management, and reporting.
● Familiarity with tools like Asana, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics.
● An understanding of the fun, creative, and supportive nature of kids ministry.
