Salem Church Products (SCP) is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead and optimize email marketing across our network of e-commerce websites. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love turning marketing strategies into results-driven campaigns, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Email Marketing & Strategy

  • Own the planning, writing, scheduling, and execution of marketing emails across multiple brands.

  • Manage and optimize email lists, ensuring segmentation and audience engagement.

  • Track performance metrics and develop testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and email best practices.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch on time.

  • Maintain content schedules and oversee marketing development projects.

  • Balance multiple campaigns while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Content & Performance Optimization

  • Copywrite, edit, and proofread marketing emails and other digital communications.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Zapier, and Asana to streamline processes.

Qualifications

Experience/Qualities We Are Looking for:

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (email marketing preferred).

  • Strong copywriting & editing skills – clear, compelling, and audience-focused.

  • Project management expertise – ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision.

  • Data-driven mindset – comfortable analyzing results and making optimization recommendations.

  • Team player attitude – thrives in collaboration and values feedback.

  • A desire to learn and grow – staying on top of marketing trends excites you.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation.

  • Familiarity with the faith-based digital marketplace.
